  2. Hacemos lo mismo con el pimiento y los tomates en tacos pequeños. Lo pasamos todo a un bol.
  3. Añadimos las 2 latas de atún (previamente escurridas), un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra y vinagre (al gusto), un poco de sal fina y mezclamos todo. Lo pasamos a la nevera unos minutos antes de servir.
  4. Presentamos el plato añadiendo 150-200 gr de salpicón, un poco de cebollino por encima picadito y unas hojas de flores de cebollino.
  5. La flor del cebollino tiene un sabor muy agradable. Es el mismo de los tallos de cebollino pero matizado, más suave, más delicado. Las flores surgen de los tallos verdes del propio cebollino, las descubrí por primera vez en una maceta en casa con cebollinos e investigando descubrí sus propiedades. Son muy sabrosas.
