- Tamizar la harina con el polvo de hornear y la pizca de sal. Y agregar a la mezcla anterior de a poco y unir con una espátula de plástico. Unir todo sin amasar. Y dejar descansar una hora en papel film.

- Pasada la hora forrar la tortera desmontable con la masa y poner el dulce de batata o de membrillo previo antes pisado con un poco de agua o leche tibia. Hacer tiritas y poner enrejado.

- Llevar a horno precalentado a 200 grados por 40 minutos o hasta que la masa este dorada en los bordes. (Es según el horno). Y queda así yo lo decore con coco rallado
