- Sellamos en 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva la hoja de laurel, añadimos el ajo y cuando comienza a desprender aromas, agregamos la cebolla picada en cuadritos. Mezclamos bien y continuamos cocción hasta cuando la cebolla se torna transparente.
