- Se corta el aguacate por la mitad. Se retira su hueso y se vacía con cuidado de no romper su cascara. Se coloca la pulpa del aguacate en el vaso de la batidora. Se exprime medio limón y se vuelca su zumo sobre la pulpa del aguacate.
- Se pela y trocea media cebolleta. Se introduce la cebolleta picada en el vaso de la batidora. Se quita la parte dura del tomate y se trocea también. Se pone en el vaso de la batidora con el resto de los ingredientes. Se coloca también en el interior del vaso de la batidora atún al gusto.
- Se añade la mayonesa de ajo y se tritura con la batidora. Se rellenan las dos cascaras del aguacate con el contenido del vaso de la batidora. Se decora con hojitas de perejil fresco y se deja reposar hasta la hora de comer en el frigorífico.
